The Ski Jumping World Cup takes a break this weekend for the Ski Flying World Championships. What is ski flying? It’s basically ski jumping on an even larger hill where flying 660 ft. is not uncommon. Woah.

This week’s event gets started with qualifying on Thursday and Anders Johnson and Nicholas Fairall will represent the US in the field.
